Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 June 2026

This policy explains how ZenEdge Limited ("ZenEdge", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information and client data through our website (zenedgeoperations.com) and the ConnectWise PSA Health Audit Tool (audit.zenedgeoperations.com, the "Audit Tool"). We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and, where applicable, the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Your name, email, company, role, phone number and message content when you submit a contact form, book a session, or request an audit.

Data accessed through the Audit Tool

When you run an audit, you connect your ConnectWise Manage environment using a read-only API member that you control. The Audit Tool reads operational records from that environment — such as agreements, tickets, time entries, opportunities, invoices, products and configuration data — to calculate operational scores and generate a report. We process this data only to perform the audit you have requested.

Technical information

IP address, browser and device type, and usage information collected automatically by our hosting and security providers when you use the website or Audit Tool.

2. ConnectWise credentials and data — how we handle them

3. How we use information

4. Disclosure and third-party providers

We use trusted providers to operate our website and tools, who process data on our behalf. These may include Cloudflare (security and API proxy), Netlify (website hosting), Microsoft Bookings (scheduling), Formspree (form handling) and Resend (email delivery). We do not sell your personal information.

5. International transfers

Some providers store or process data outside New Zealand. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with this policy and applicable law.

6. Retention

We keep personal information and audit data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access and correct your personal information, and to request its deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us at help@zenedgeoperations.com. Under the NZ Privacy Act 2020 you may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz). Australian users may contact the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).

9. Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and analytics to understand usage and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.
