These Terms govern your use of the ZenEdge website (zenedgeoperations.com) and the ConnectWise PSA Health Audit Tool (audit.zenedgeoperations.com, the "Audit Tool"). By using them, you agree to these Terms.
ZenEdge Limited is an operational consulting business based in Auckland, New Zealand, serving MSP and telco operators across Australia and New Zealand.
We provide operational consulting and a free, self-service Health Audit Tool that analyses a ConnectWise Manage environment and produces an operational report.
You must be authorised to connect the ConnectWise environment you provide and to permit ZenEdge to access and process its data for the audit. You are responsible for the credentials you use, and we recommend a dedicated, read-only API member.
The Audit Tool reads data to perform analysis. It does not modify your ConnectWise environment.
Audit scores, findings and reports are generated by automated analysis and are provided for general informational purposes. They are not financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice and should not be relied on as such. You remain responsible for your own business decisions.
Benchmark and reference figures used in the audit and on this site are directional targets derived from publicly available industry findings. They are not a proprietary or licensed benchmarking dataset and are not represented as the data of any third-party benchmarking provider.
Any performance figures we cite, including outcomes associated with the Scaling Up methodology, describe that methodology generally and are not promises or guarantees of results for your business.
The Audit Tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
You agree not to misuse our website or tools, attempt unauthorised access, connect environments you are not authorised to access, interfere with their operation, or copy, reverse engineer or attempt to extract our methodology, scoring logic or reference standards.
The website, the Audit Tool, our scoring methodology, reference standards, reports and content are owned by ZenEdge Limited. The Scaling Up methodology is owned by its respective owner and used by Ben Mak in his capacity as a Scaling Up coach. The data within your ConnectWise environment remains yours.
ConnectWise, Microsoft and Scaling Up are independent third parties. References to them do not imply endorsement or affiliation beyond any relationship expressly stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenEdge excludes all warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the website or Audit Tool. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable law. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify ZenEdge against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unauthorised connection of a ConnectWise environment.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction.
